72 North Henry Street is a recently finished five story elevator building at the boundary Williamsburg and Greenpoint, near both McGlorick Park and McCarren Park. To mark the building's debut, the leasing office, headed by the EXR Group, is granting incoming renters the second month free on 12-month leases. Available apartments range from one- to three-bedrooms and are priced from $2,475 to $3,575 per month. All units are also no fee
The 5-story building was designed by Juien Flander and hosts just 10 units. Many apartments provide private outdoor spaces and all have central air conditioning. Kitchens with stainless steel appliances, dishwashers and microwaves. Bathrooms are equipped with deep soaking tubs and rainfall shower-heads.
The elevatored building is pet-friendly and amenities include a common lounge, fitness center, laundry rooms and a finished roof deck with amazing views of Manhattan. In addition to the countless music and nightlife venues the neighborhood offers, residents are within walking distance to the G-train's Nassau Street station.
