Avalon Riverview and Avalon Riverview North, two residential buildings constructed as part of the Queens West development project, recently listed several units at the buildings.

While pricing is slightly varied at the two properties, listings have analogous ranges. Avalon Riverview North has available studios from $2,2335/month, 1-bedrooms from $2,975/month and 2-bedrooms from $3,870/month, while Avalon Riverview starts at $2,466/month for studios, $2,856/month for 1-bedrooms, $3,980/month for 2-bedrooms and $5,922/month for 3-bedrooms. The two towers are sibling projects, Riverview constructed in 2001 and Riverview North constructed in 2007, and both are the work of AvalonBay Communities. The company is one of the handful working with the Queens West Development Project, a New York State initiative to remediate waterfront real estate in Long Island City that is nearing completion.

As their names suggests, both Riverview and Riverview North come with breathtaking views of Manhattan along the East River, as well as access to the city’s new East River Ferry, with a stop Hunter’s Point and additional stops in Kips Bay, Greenpoint, Williamsburg, Dumbo and Wall Street.

Apartments in both towers come complete with a wide range of features: hardwood floors, modern kitchens with maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances, microwaves, dishwashers, and gas cooking. Select homes in both towers offer walk-in closets, a balcony, patio or terrace. The South building features washer/dryers in all home; the North building has them in most.

The Avalon Riverview Community is pet-friendly, bike-friendly, parking-friendly, and offers many more amenities. Contact the leasing office directly at (866) 956-4665 or visit the building's official website.
