Last summer we had our first look at a pair of new 12-story rental buildings coming to West 35th Street and now, one has launched a registration site in anticipation of a fall 2017 leasing debut.
The registration site also reveals the building's moniker, The Lewis. It will have 186 apartments spread throughout the upper 11 floors (with commercial space on the ground floor) and permits list several amenities including an outdoor recreation area and rooftop terrace. There is also bike storage and on-site underground parking.
The developer for both The Lewis and its forthcoming 12-story neighbor at 445 West 35th Street is YYY Development & Construction. Aufgang Architecture is the architect of record for both projects and the design architect is Lisa Chow of Workshop Design + Architecture. Located in Midtown West, The Lewis is on West 35th Street between Ninth Avenue and Dyer Avenue and topped off last year.
