Extell Development's 555TEN is open and leasing, and the long-awaited 56-floor rental at the corner of Tenth Avenue and West 41st Street has revealed its full set of amenities that includes a stunning high-altitude rooftop swimming pool and bowling alley. The spaces have been captured by construction photojournalist Field Condition who took a top-to-bottom tour of the tower in late July.
Residents will enter the SLCE-designed building through a 24-hour attended lobby that could be mistaken for a luxury hotel’s. The common spaces are refined by McGinley Design and are characterized by rich materials juxtaposed by sparkling accents.

The 12th floor, also known as the health and wellness floor, is home to the first of the building’s outdoor spaces. The state-of-the-art fitness center looks out on an outdoor terrace. The health and wellness floor isn’t just for humans either; there is also a covered outdoor dog park on the terrace.

As 555Ten rises in height, its amenities correspondingly soar. The 56th floor is home to an indoor club room and a play area that includes a private bowling alley. The outdoor rooftop pool is surrounded by sundecks and sweeping city views.
Leasing has been robust for the building’s 600 apartments, but a handful of apartments remain. One-bedrooms start at $4,100 per month, two-bedrooms start at $6,340 per month, and there is also a three-bedroom available for $10,110 per month.
