Constructed in 2009 and designed by Stephen B. Jacobs, Emerald Green features a two-story limestone base with an impressive entryway. Inside, the spacious marble and stone lobby hosts a wood coffered ceiling and cantilevered entrance marquis, and the building’s corridors feature satin nickel hardware, custom alabaster ceiling lights, wall sconces, crown moldings, and framed doors. The building features a fully equipped fitness center, a custom designed playroom, and a marble lap pool. More services include 24-hour doormen, a service entrance with a package room and delivery escort, and multiple elevators.
Situated in Midtown West between Eighth and Ninth Avenues, Emerald Green rises in NYC's prime shopping destination. Also nearby are many restaurants, cultural destinations, and transportation options.
