Rental Building News and Offers

As of May 21, 2021, there are 8,407 publicly listed apartments for rent in Manhattan. This represents a small dip from last week's inventory, and the median Manhattan rent also experienced a small drop to $3,170 (all figures per CityRealty listings). These figures come on the heels of New York City's lifting of capacity restrictions, and city life is going to get more bustling and exciting as more New Yorkers get vaccinated and the positive test rate remains low.

On the third week of May 2021, a total of 517 rental listings experienced price reductions. A full, sortable list may be found below; moreover, we highlight listings that have recently been renovated. These homes are truly move-in ready, and in the case of a few fully furnished listings, all you'll need to bring is a toothbrush.
