Erected by the Brodsky Organization and opening in 2016, Enclave at the Cathedral is a building of two mid-rise apartment towers just to the north of the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, which is one of the most famous church buildings in the world.

Several apartments are currently available and new leases come with one month's free rent on a 12 month lease. Studios start at $2,980/month, 1-bedrooms at $3,280/month and 2-bedrooms at $4,500/month. Both the building and interiors were designed by Handel Architects. The towers rise to 16 floors and contain more than 420 units. Inside, homes have floor-to-ceiling windows with custom blinds, wide plank oak floors, and in-unit washers/dryers. Kitchens offer high-end appliances from Blomberg, white quartzite countertops, and under-cabinet lighting. Select units have private balconies and walk-in closets.
