Prices for studios start at $2,695/month, one-bedrooms start at $2,645/month, and two-bedrooms start at $4,130/month.

The well-appointed apartments of 90 Columbus feature high ceilings, hardwood oak floors, thoughtfully crafted fixtures and finishes, and oversized windows that take in panoramic views and abundant natural light. Chef's kitchens are outfitted with grey custom cabinetry, white quartz countertops, and seamlessly integrated stainless steel appliances.
Residents have access to a 60,000-square-foot roof deck with a pool, sport court, grilling station, dog run, and children's play area. The indoor amenities, which include a grand lobby and two-story lounge with a winter garden, are landscaped beautifully enough to bring the outdoors in.

The tower designed by HLW is part of a joint-venture development from Ironstate and Panepinto which has brought several other buildings to the immediate area. In 2007, a 36-story tower at 50 Columbus launched with 400 rental homes; a 152-key hotel occupies the newly constructed 80 Columbus; and in 2015, a rental tower launched at 70 Columbus with 545 residences.
Next door at 70 Columbus, rentals come in studio to three-bedroom layouts with light-filled interiors and spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline and harbor. Current listings from Applied Property Company show studios from $2,450/month, 1 bedrooms from $2,855/month and 2 bedrooms from $4,035/month. Homes are outfitted with oak wood floors and modern kitchens equipped with GE stainless steel appliances, Kohler fixtures and white quartz countertops. Bathrooms feature Kohler fixtures and white quartz countertops.
According to Ironstate, the 50-90 Columbus masterplan aimed to connect Jersey City’s historic downtown to the waterfront, which has transitioned to a multi-faceted destination with housing, dining, shopping and leisure. Ironstate has developed other major properties on or near the Jersey City waterfront including the stacked rental tower known as Jersey Cit Urby, where current availability includes units are priced from $2,695/month.
