Leasing is set to begin this fall at Lenox, a 15-story rental in the Paulus Hook section of Jersey City. Hoboken-based Fields Development Group is known for creating luxury rentals in transit-oriented New Jersey locations, and this project is no exception. Situated at 207 Van Vorst Street, Lenox is located within blocks of the Marin Boulevard Light Rail station, Liberty Harbor Ferry terminal, and Exchange Place PATH station for convenient commutes into Manhattan, Newark and other parts of the Jersey's "Gold Coast.".

The building's 255 spacious residences are outfitted with luxurious finishes and details that rival the best full-service buildings in Manhattan. The roof deck is home to an outdoor pool, lounge seating, fire pits, and grilling stations. There’s also a fitness center and bike room for active residents, and a dog run for their four-legged friends. Other amenities include a landscaped courtyard, lounge, and children’s playroom. Stay tuned for the official leasing launch in the coming weeks.
