KABR Group and Kushner Companies have officially announced the grand opening of Trump Bay Street, their new Jersey City rental development. Situated at 65 Bay Street next to Trump Tower Residences (though not affiliated with the property) and designed by Humphreys & Partners, the building tops out 53 stories and features 447 no-fee residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. Current availabilities include 1-bedroom units starting from $2,165/month and 2-bedroom units starting from $3,670/month.
The tower boasts an impressive amenity package. On the 51st floor will sit an observation deck with sweeping, 360-degree views of Manhattan and beyond. Residents can also enjoy a rooftop pool, a chef’s table, a lavishly-appointed spa, a party room, a game room, a sports parlor, a cyber café, a dog run and wash area, a children’s playroom, and a dedicated Citi Bike station. The building will also be staffed with a well-trained white glove service and host 20,000 square feet of ground floor retail (potentially occupied in part by a grocery store) and a 600-car parking garage.
Situated in the Powerhouse Arts District, Trump Bay Street occupies an up-and-coming Jersey City location. Known to be the city’s creative hub, the area offers a growing selection of shops, restaurants, and nightlife and entertainment venues. Neighborhood staples include The Warehouse Café, Bucket & Bay Craft Gelato, CKO Kickboxing, and Greene Hook.
