The LeFrak Organization has just put the finishing touches on the super fancy amenities at The Ellipse, their new high-end rental tower in Newport on the Jersey City waterfront. The amenities, which were designed by the building's architect, Arquitectonica, include everything from a state-of-the-art fitness center with stunning views of the Hudson River to the comfortable lounge with city views.
The rental tower launched in 2017 and current listings on CityRealty include one-bedrooms from $3,270/month, two-bedrooms from $4,090/month and four-bedrooms from $9,495/month; see them here.
