Developed by Ironstate Development in collaboration with Pegasus Group, Harrison Urby has launched a new collection of 270 apartments with prices ranging from $1,875/month for a studio to $3,300/month a two-bedroom apartment.

Located in Harrison, NJ just 20 minutes outside of Manhattan, Harrison Urby is a 679-unit rental complex combining contemporary architecture and landscaping with a robust events calendar for its residents. The building's design pays homage to the industrial heritage of Harrison through the use of shapes and materials that echo the design of iron bridges. Comprised of a series of buildings, landscaped geometric green spaces with lush plantings connect each one and form a network of courtyards together at the heart of the complex.
