200 Linden Boulevard is leasing mint-condition rentals paired with great amenities

200-210 Linden Boulevard 200-210 Linden Boulevard
Linden Boulevard in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, off the southeast corner of Prospect Park, has ranked as a cherished destination for rental living since multi-story apartments rose along the Boulevard in the 1920’s. Today, the Boulevard and Prospect Lefferts Gardens as a whole are witnessing a renaissance not seen in a century.
The latest arrival to the neighborhood is the eight-story 200 Linden Boulevard (also known as 210 Linden Boulevard), which offers amenity-packed rentals starting from $2,178/month for one-bedrooms, $2,288/month for two-beds, and $2,275/month for three-bedroom units. Apartments are outfitted with hardwood floors, central AC, and kitchens with granite countertops, dishwashers, and stainless steel appliances.

The rates are slightly below those at the PLG at 123 Linden Boulevard, a recently-finished project that stands as the neighborhood’s tallest at 27 stories, and are consistent with the neighborhood average. However, 200 Linden Boulevard holds an edge over the neighborhood’s predominantly pre-war rental stock (e.g. the nearby Tudor-style 95 Linden Boulevard and the Art Deco rental at 143 Linden Boulevard) with an amenity suite that goes toe to toe with luxury rentals in Manhattan, Downtown Brooklyn, and Long Island City.
The pet-friendly, smoke-free rental comes with a garage, a bike room, a lounge, a game room, co-working space, a children’s playroom, a screening room, and in-house laundry. The building is serviced by a virtual doorman and a live-in superintendent. A cozy garden nestles within the courtyard, while the roof deck rises prominently enough above the neighborhood to look out upon panoramic skyline views.
The building sits a block away from the Church Avenue station of the 2 and 5 trains and five blocks away from Prospect Park.
