The interior design is fresh and contemporary with soothing neutral colors. Generously sized living spaces have hardwood floors, oversized windows that provide abundant natural light, and efficient heating and cooling systems. Don't expect over-the-top amenities like rock-climbing walls and bowling alleys, but there are several convenient features. The new development is distinguished by a modern entrance marquee and lobby that has a virtual doorman and video intercom. There is a furnished 7th-floor rooftop terrace with views stretching all the way to Manhattan. The Pointe also has a laundry room, bike room and onsite parking.

The Neighborhood

Located in Queens, the neighborhood of Rego Park is primarily known as a residential enclave with tree-lined street and a diverse population, with a variety of ethnic shops and restaurants. It borders the neighborhoods of Elmhurst, Middle Village, Corona and Forest Hills. Within walking distance is Flushing Meadows Corona Park where you'll find the Queens Zoo and the New York Hall of Science. Transit including the E, M and R trains is blocks away and will get you to Manhattan in roughly 30 minutes.
