The Alexey at 635 Fourth Avenue is another playfully-designed building by ND Architecture and Design, the same firm behind the upcoming rental at 115 Stanwix Street in the Bushwick Rheingold redevelopment. An affordable housing lottery opened up in September for The Alexey's 19 affordable housing units and now, its market rate rentals are on the market.

There's plenty to choose from with apartment prices ranging from $2,200/month for a studio to $4,800/month for a three-bedroom spread. All are no-fee residences with net effective rents advertised, meaning free rent is offered.

The Alexey is located in South Slope, a neighborhood just north of Sunset Park that is rapidly transitioning from industrial to coveted residential. And while its colorful exterior might fool you, this new building offers luxury living with amenities and stunning views to match. Residents will be able to enjoy a beautifully-landscaped rooftop terrace with grilling and lounging areas, a garden/courtyard, a fitness center, children's playroom, a pet spa, a tenant lounge, bike storage, and an attended parking garage.

Interiors feature wide plank oak hardwood flooring, large windows which provide plenty of natural light, recessed lighting, kitchens equipped with high-end Blomberg appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer, and bathrooms complete with marble finishes and luxurious soaker tubs.
Living along Fourth Avenue definitely has its benefits: The Alexey is near major subway lines like the R, F, and G trains as well as Park Slope's best restaurants, parks, historical sites, and more.
