Williamsburg's church-replacing, 19-story rental tower at 321 Wythe Avenue kicked-off leasing last year on its 130 luxury residences. Watermark Capital Group developed the property and worked with ND Architecture for the design. The structure sits between South 2nd and South 3rd Streets just blocks from the East River waterfront and is situated between stations for the J/M and L subway lines. Homes come in a variety of layouts, from studios up to 3 bedroom, and net-effective prices currently start at $3,595 for a two-bedroom and $7,250/month for a three-bedrom. Leasing and marketing is by EXR and Nooklyn.

Inside, the luxury homes have finely crafted details and finishes. There is parquet flooring along with classic moldings and the oversized double pane windows are insulated to reduce noise; many units have private balconies. Kitchens have marble backsplashes and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. Units also central heating and cooling and the building’s amenity package serves as an extension of the residences.
