Homes come with up to two bedrooms and leasing is handled by Bold New York, which is offering 1 month free on the no fee leases; studios start at $2,852/month, 1-beds from $3,042/month and 2-beds from $4,183/month. The building is not only rental residences; its lower floors are a forthcoming hotel offering around 180 rooms. The project was spearheaded by Chetrit Group and the building features an angled design by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects.
The location of the building is on Metropolitan Avenue between Keap Street and Rodney Street overlooking Macri Triangle park and the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. The entrance to the residential portion of the building is at 491 Keap Street next to the well-known Kellogg’s Diner and also the entrance to the G and L trains; the J and M trains are just a short walk away.
Inside the building are 52 rental residences starting on the 7th floor and interiors include satin oak floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and many units offer private balconies. Integrated kitchens have white quartz counters, imported custom cabinetry, and paneled appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms can fit a king sized bed, there is climate control, and each unit is equipped with a washer/dryer. Baths offer porcelain mosaic floors, black framed mirror, storage vanities, and marble colored wet walls.
New residents can take a dip in the rooftop pool, work out in the gym, or hang out in the courtyard. Other building features include a virtual doorman and bike storage; pets are welcomed too, and guarantors are accepted.
