The building was designed by Aufgang Architects and boasts a factory aesthetic while inter interiors were curated by Craft Studio. There are custom murals throughout the building by artist Claudio Roncoli, a winner of a Grammy for best package design. Interiors of the homes are modern and muted with light-colored hardwood floors, white tile backsplashes, cabinetry in a soft grey, and a stainless steel appliance package. All units are conveniently equipped with in-unit laundry, too.

Inspired by modern art galleries, the communal areas offer residents a place to relax, play and entertain. The building has a stunning entrance and lobby, and common areas include a lounge, co-working space and a library. There is a fitness center and a fully furnished landscaped roof deck complete with city views. Getting to and from the building is pretty easy; Lorimer Street and Metropolitan Avenue are nearby to catch the L and G trains, and it's just a short walk to Hewes Street for the J, M and Z lines.
