The registration site has launched for a new 7-story rental building in Williamsburg called House No. 94, which is located at 94 North 3rd Street between Wythe Avenue and Berry Street - only a couple blocks away from the waterfront where you'll find beautiful Manhattan skyline views. While no launch date is given, the website says the studio, one- and two-bedroom homes are coming in early 2018.

The Hudson Companies is the developer of the mixed-use project and crafted a plan with Marvel Architects to make optimal use of the through-block development site. The design consists of two towers - one fronting North 3rd Street and the other Metropolitan Avenue - and the buildings are connected by a lobby and landscaped courtyard. Inside are 75 residential rental units along with 15,000 square feet of prime ground floor retail space. The design of the building is intended to reflect the neighborhood's industrial past by using TAKTL cement-panel and brick facades, along with exposed steel at the retail ground floors.
Amenities for the building are set to include concierge service, a fitness center, tenant lounges, garden plots, and bike storage. Select apartments have private terraces. According to the developer, all tenants will have access to the landscaped courtyards and roof terraces, which are equipped with gas grills and tables for dining.
