Households earning $33,875-$62,850/year, or 60 percent of the area median income, are eligible to apply for apartments starting at $801/month through November 21, 2018. Listing photos leave something to be desired, but the apartments themselves comes with all the modern amenities we've come to expect these days: high ceilings, hardwood floors, balconies/terraces with views of Manhattan and Brooklyn, and kitchens equipped with a kitchen island and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Bathrooms feature double sinks and waterfall showers and bathtubs. Washer/dryer hookups are also available, although perhaps not necessary; the building comes has a laundry room on every floor.
