Development firm Midwood Investment & Development tapped Morris Adjmi for design, with Goldstein, Hill & West (GHWA) serving as the architect of record. The building is clad in grey brick with alternating patterns, metal spandrels, and large multi-pane windows that reminisce the neighborhood's industrial past. The ground floor will hold 37,000 square feet of retail and community space, and the two-story podium base of the building will hold a landscaped rooftop with 26,000 square feet of outdoor space shared with residential tenants. Above the podium are residences, which include 24 studios, 40 one-bedrooms and 18 two-bedrooms, averaging eight units per floor.

Along with the capacious third floor roof deck, other outdoor amenities include private garden plots, a dog run, and built-in barbecues and firepits. Inside, residents have access to a club room, fitness center, yoga studio, and children’s playroom. There is also an underground parking garage to hold roughly 150 vehicles.
Conveniently located in Williamsburg just steps from the Marcy Avenue J/M/Z subway stop, residents will have a reliable commute to Manhattan and can avoid the neighborhood's hysteria surrounding the impending temporary closure of the L train. At 160 feet high and situated at the foot of the 113-year-old Williamsburg Bridge, the building will offer residents unique and far-reaching views of the city skyline.
