Fortunately, Douglaston Development's new Williamsburg rental has both, plus glorious vistas of the Manhattan and Brooklyn skyline beyond. Named LEVEL, the sizeable 550-unit tower soars 40-stories above its East River waterfront locale and is the largest of a trio of towers called The Edge. Like its sister buildings, LEVEL is designed by Stephen B. Jacobs Group and sports a glassy façade and lines of balconies for residents to take in the resplendent scenery.

Occupancy is targeted for July 1, just in time for residents to fully enjoy the numerous outdoor amenities such as the indoor-outdoor swimming pool on the ninth floor, a landscaped courtyard, a roof deck and barbecue grills. Other building features include a terrace lounge with a fireplace and an expansive club lounge with a demonstration kitchen.
