The building's conversion is from HTO Architect with interiors by Durukan Design. Plenty of bespoke finishes and detail create an authentic loft living space that is infused with history. Residences have unique layouts, oversized windows, and some have home offices. There are open kitchens with stainless steel appliances and exposed piping for industrial charm. The elevator building is pet friendly and also has amenities including bike storage, a roof deck, on-site laundry, central air and a virtual doorman.
