Located at 85 East End Avenue at the corner of East 83rd Street, the 15-story building is in the Yorkville neighborhood of the Upper East Side. Available apartments range in size, from studios to 4-bedrooms, and are priced between $2,455 to $12,000 per month. The red-brick rental was built in 1951 and was designed by Emory Roth & Sons. Many apartments have received extensive renovations and have features like open kitchens with islands, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, Italian marble bathrooms, herringbone floors, and crown molding. Many apartments have balconies, including some with direct East River views, and some come equipped with in-unit washers/dryers.

85 East End Avenue is a full-service building with a 24-hour doorman, fitness center, two common laundry rooms with new washers and dryers, and some on-site parking.
