"This 13-story apartment building at 572 Eleventh Avenue between 43rd and 44th Streets in Hell's Kitchen was erected in 2018 and has 163 rental apartments of which 46 are "affordable" and about 10,000 square feet of retail space.

The building is called Oskar and is named after Oskar Brecher, a worker at Moinian who oversaw the firm's development portfolio and died in 2016. " Read Carter's Full Review
