Just over a month after leasing launched at Oskar, developer Moinian Group has unveiled three model residences. CetraRuddy, award-winning designer of the 13-story building’s masonry-inspired exterior, curated a studio, a one-bedroom, and a two-bedroom apartment to showcase the custom interiors and elevated design finishes.
Each model apartment represents a floor plan at Oskar. The studio was styled to highlight the flexibility of its living space. The one- and two-bedroom models feature sizeable bedrooms, abundant closet space, and open common areas designed for a variety of resident types. They were all inspired by a classic yet playful aesthetic, featuring warm tones with white and gold accents. Thoughtfully chosen furniture and ornate fixtures help each home embody modern elegance and sophistication.

Oskar’s amenities include concierge, fitness center, dining area, lounge with co-working space, sculpture garden with reflecting pool and custom artwork, and landscaped and furnished roof deck with panoramic city and river views. Residents have Platinum access to the professional athlete-approved Life Time Athletic at the nearby Sky.
Current availabilities at Oskar start at $3,210/month for studios and $4,246/month for one-bedrooms. All prices are net effective to reflect a concession of one month free rent on a 13-month lease. According to CityRealty data, the concession still puts them above Midtown West’s median rent of $3,031/month for studios and $3,730/month for one-bedrooms. See more listings here.
