What a beauty! Only fitting that jewels are sold in the Fred Leighton store below. This was designed by the architects of the Alwyn Court at 180 West 58th and the Studio Building at 44 West 77th. Originally there were two huge apartment per floor, but times change and they were whittled down. There are large apartments but also a good number of large 1BRs, 900 sq feet.
