Harry Potter star Emma Watson may be considering a Manhattan move: The young actress was recently spotted viewing apartments at 150 East 72nd Street on the Upper East Side near Central Park (Page Six).

Disgraced–and defeated–mayoral candidate Anthony Weiner and wife Huma Abedin may be looking for a new Manhattan home; the couple and their young son are currently renting a $12k-a-month four-bedroom apartment at 254 Park Avenue South, but were seen checking out a three-bedroom unit at Gramercy Starck at 340 East 23rd Street, currently on the rental market for $8k per month (Page Six).

Hollywood filmmaker (St. Elmo’s Fire, The Lost Boys, Batman) Joel Schumacher recently sold his 790-square-foot Greenwich Village condo at 25 Fifth Avenue for $1.6 million. The buyer, also a media mover-and-shaker, is the former editor-in-chief of Esquire magazine (NYO).

Six-time Daytime Emmy winner Erika Slezak recently listed her co-op at the Musician’s Building at 50 West 67th Street for $1.83 Million. Slezak (who fans know from her 40 years as Victoria Lord on classic soap One Life to Live) and her husband used the cozy Upper West Side apartment as a pied-a-terre (TRD).

Making the internet rounds recently: a map of where all–well, at least some–of your favorite celebs live, including Nicole Kidman at 200 11th Avenue, Uma Thurman at River House at 435 East 52nd Street and many more (via NYO).
