The New West is a 21 story, 185 unit condominium at 250 West 90th Street, completed in late 1986 as part of a construction boom that followed new zoning laws aimed at preserving Broadway's architectural character. Designed by Philip Birnbaum & Associates for developers Harvey Schulweis and Bill P.
