"This very  handsome, 18-story, mid-block apartment building at 267 West 67th Street between Broadway and West End Avenue is known as West End and Eighty Seven, and was erected in 2016.

It was built by Simon Baron Development, which is headed by Jonathan Simon and Matthew Baron, and Quadrum Global and designed by FXFowle, whose other recent buildings in the city include Greenwich Lane and 35XV. " Read Carter's Full Review
