The building's conversion preserved its most striking architectural elements while introducing modern luxury. Barrel-vaulted ceilings throughout the apartments echo the West Village's carriage house heritage, complemented by oversized arched windows, solid oak herringbone floors, and triple-glazed windows. The developers thoughtfully incorporated a neighboring historic carriage house into the building's plan, creating an elegant lobby and landscaped garden that serves as the heart of the community.
