Trump Palace BROKER AND BUYER COMMENTS

Trump Palace: About the Building

"As the name would imply this handsome tower was built by Donald Trump in 1991 and designed by Costas Kondylis, a top architect, who changed New York's landscape in the 80's and 90's. At 55 stories, it is one of the tallest residential buildings on the Upper East Side. Its amber/peach colored brick is soft and inviting and reflects a warm aura. The face of the structure is a lively pattern of windows and balconies and is slightly Art Deco in feel. The top of the building casts an inviting glow at night, making Trump Palace a recognizable beacon on the Upper East Side. Situated on half a city block on the East aside of Third between 68th and 69th Streets, the building has a garage as well as a lovely garden off 68th Street adjacent to the charming townhouse section of the building."

"The building was originally composed of 283 units, but there have been many combinations. Its upper floor large residences offer sensational and mostly protected views of Central Park, the rolling NJ mountains, southward iconic midtown views. One third of the building's units are located in two attached structures; the townhouse with its own entrance on 68th Street and East Wing. Due to the complex nature of its design, the building has an amazing amount of private outdoor space throughout the building."

"24/7 doormen and concierge, 5-star white glove services, top notch security; as well as the on site garage, gym, laundry room, of course, pets are allowed with a weight limit of 50 pounds. Private deck makes 200 East 69th Street truly a palace."

"Excellent level of service and maintenance. Wonderful gym, lobby and staff."

"Common charges can be a bit higher than average, but service makes it worthwhile. Pet policy: 1 dog under 50 pounds for owner-occupied units. No pets for leased units."
