The building is in high demand as it was a Masonic Temple and has a beautiful lobby, friendly doorman, very PET friendly and family friendly too. 24 hour laundry in basement (though many apts have w/d) playroom in basement Condo board- Application is standard Orsid Realty application...Easy process! Amazing UWS location! Right off 1,2,3 subway line and near 72nd cross town bus. Around the corner from Fairway Market, Citarella`s, Barney`s Co-op, Sephoria, many salons etc...
