In mid-June 2025, the first closings were recorded at Kips Bay condominium Hendrix House. Two one-bedrooms came in at or above ask, and a two-bedroom unit came in only slightly below ask. The unidentified buyers are set to enjoy interiors by Paris Forino, built-in home offices, amenities like a lounge with courtyard access and a rooftop terrace, and a central address near Midtown offices and acclaimed Gramercy restaurants.
