After last year's show on the Hudson River, the Macy's 4th of July Fireworks return to the East River for 2025. The show will launch from four barges surrounding the Brooklyn Bridge near the Seaport. Not only will this vantage point allow the fireworks to go off above the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges, but it will offer outer borough residents a look at the fireworks. The fireworks will go off to a score produced by Amir "Questlove" Thompson and James Posner, and Academy Award-winning actress Ariana DeBose will host a concert with performances by Lenny Kravitz, Ava Max, Jonas Brothers, and Trisha Yearwood, among others.

Viewers all over the country can watch the fireworks live on NBC and Peacock, but those in New York City can enjoy the event in person. Online registration for special viewing areas in Manhattan and Brooklyn opened on July 1, and Manhattan locations filled up in a few hours. There are other public viewing zones throughout the city, and there is no shortage of celebrations taking place on July 4.

However, some lucky residents may not have to leave their homes to watch the fireworks. We look at condos and rentals in Manhattan and Brooklyn with front-row seats to this year's Fourth of July fireworks, as well as beautiful water, bridge, and skyline views all year long.

Brooklyn

In Brooklyn's tallest tower, the condos start on the 53rd floor, over 575 feet in the air, to make the most of skyline and water views. Amenities like an outdoor pool deck, fitness center by Life Time Athletic Club, and a Sky Park with open-air loggia also make the most of the spectacular views. Sales relaunched in June 2025.
