Shortly after founding nutrition company Stand UPP Health, Mara Feil said in an interview that her favorite thing about living in New York was "the non-stop energy and can-do attitude." These are qualities embodied by the actors, artists, and executives (including Ms. Feil) who were among the most prominent buyers and sellers of New York real estate for the week ending in March 3, 2023.

Public records indicate that it has sold to Brian Feil, executive vice president of real estate firm The Feil Organization and his wife Mara Feil, founder of nutrition and wellness firm Stand UPP Health.

The Real Deal notes that Ms. Rubell's new Upper East Side home is a short distance from the pied-a-terre of her brother, hotelier Jason Rubell, and that their uncle, Steven Rubell, was a co-founder of New York's iconic Studio 54.
