As of this writing, there are 10,074 publicly listed condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale in Manhattan, northern Brooklyn, and parts of Queens and the Bronx. June 2021 opens with the median price of a Manhattan condo having dipped slightly from last week to $2,197,039, or $1,741 per square foot. The median price of a Manhattan co-op, however, climbed a touch to $898,688 (all figures per CityRealty listings).
