Over the past week, the two tallest buildings on Billionaires' Row were also home to the two top sales. The top sale was #46, a full-floor condominium at 111 West 57th Street that closed for $26,525,594. Further west, one week after #85E at Central Park Tower closed for $25,700,000, the only other apartment on its floor closed for $13,550,000. The same LLC purchased both apartments, making one wonder if a full-floor combination unit with as many as seven bedrooms is in order.

The top sale off Billionaires' Row was #6, a full-floor unit at 47 East 91st Street that closed for $11,000,000, or $500,000 below the asking price when it entered contract in August 2022. The apartment has five bedrooms, five and a half baths, a double living room, and a windowed eat-in kitchen.
