There are currently six apartments for rent at Tribeca Park: one studio starting from $3,545/month, three 1-bedroom units starting from $4,390, and two 2-bedrooms starting from $4,900. The building's floor plans are uniquely angled, offering many different layout options. Each apartment, however, is similar in its outstanding features: granite kitchen countertops, gourmet appliances, oak parquet flooring, carpeted bedrooms, marble bathrooms, and customizable closets. Some also feature cozy windowed eat-in kitchens.
Tribeca Park is a pet friendly, no-smoke building. Some highlights of the amenity package include a lushly landscaped BBQ dining terrace and sculpture garden, a 60-foot, heated, sky-lit indoor swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a lobby finished in marble and imported pearwood.
