Originally built in 1901, permits where approved in 2015 to convert the former townhouse to a 6-unit rental which also included a rear extension and a 10-foot increase in height, adding a total of 1,879 square feet of interior space to the property. Permits list Alex Halimi of 923 Bedford LLC as the owner, and the architect of record is the design-build firm ADB Associates.
