A new 7-story rental residence has joined a dynamic block of buildings in Brooklyn's Bed-Stuy neighborhood. 740 Dekalb Avenue, suitably named The Dekalb, recently launched leasing in the building which has just 37 apartments in one- and two-bedroom layouts. There are several to choose from, and listings reveal a rental concession of one month free with a 13-month lease.
