Amenities include a virtual doorman, a lobby lounge with secured package room, laundry facilities, a fitness center, bike storage, and a roof deck.
The new rental sits on a former empty lot on Dekalb Avenue between Marcy and Tompkins along the western edge of Bed-Stuy that borders Clinton Hill.
