The complex was erected in the 1960s, though interiors have been since renovated. Units have large layouts and lots of closet space with modern amenities and finishes. Apartments are bright and have hardwood floors and large windows. Layouts and features vary by apartment; some offer large entryways and open kitchens while other have breakfast bars, in-unit washers/dryers or large living areas.
All three buildings have full-time staffed lobbies, and residents are free to enjoy the complex both inside and out with access to amenities including a landscaped outdoor sitting area, an outdoor playground for children and a dog run. Each building also has common laundry facilities.

Transportation options are plentiful in the neighborhood, and within blocks are Broadway's 96th Street station (1, 2, 3) and Central Park West's 96th Street station (B, C).
