Leasing is handled by Myspace and listings show 1 bedrooms from $2,599/month, 2 bedrooms from $2,700/month and 3 bedrooms from $4,500/month. A free Blink membership will be offered at signing, according to listings.
The location is two blocks to both the M train on Central Avenue and the J train at Kosciuszko Street. Bushwick has seen several new rental developments debut this year including Denizen Bshwk where homes are priced from $2,199/month and also 1009 Willoughby Avenue which debuted with 2 and 3 bed rentals priced from $2,780/month.

Homes also feature recessed lighting, roomy closets, and tiled bathroom with large storage mirrors.
