Kitchens have natural stone countertops with waterfall edges, Italian glass-front cabinets with soft close doors and drawers, and a suite of Miele kitchen appliances.

Only two or three residences per floor allow for excellent privacy, and the building’s two elevators ensure a swift ride home. Penthouse residences have private keyed elevator access. Each home has remote Nest Thermostats, vented Miele washers and dryers, and luxurious bathrooms with top-of-the-line fixtures. Master suites in larger units have spacious walk-in closets, and penthouse units occupy a full-floor and include a terrace with an outdoor kitchen.
The Alyn’s five-star experience offers 24-hour door service and concierge, a full-time live-in resident manager and access to LIVunLtd which can help with booking services and making restaurant renovations. The building’s double-height lounge is a versatile space with a fireplace, TV and a kitchenette - perfect for both relaxing or entertaining. It has an adjacent 700-square-foot outdoor terrace for grilling, dining and lounging. A separate outdoor terrace measures 2,600 square feet and features landscaped gardens, a full outdoor kitchen, and unobstructed views of Central Park, the Reservoir, and the Upper East Side.
A fitness center designed by Homage is a 2,300-square foot, two-level wellness facility featuring cardio and weights, a treatment room, private classes, personal training, and outdoor relaxation space. There is a 2,400-square foot children’s play room with indoor and outdoor space featuring a 20-foot ceiling and an aquatic theme of two interlocking ships, faux palm trees, slides, sprinklers and more. The interactive space was designed by children’s architecture firm Silver Hill Atelier and is suitable for babies, toddlers and kids.
