Bathrooms have pure white wall tile to complement dark gray floors and custom wood vanities; luxurious soaking tubs are from Kohler. Other features include in-unit washers/dryers and individually controlled heating and cooling systems.
The building offers an array of amenities and the double-height lobby is staffed by part-time front desk concierge. There is a fitness center and media/gaming lounges along with several outdoor amenities - open lawn space, an outdoor gaming area, and a landscaped roof deck with barbecue and dining areas. The location is serviced by the G train at Classon Avenue and Clinton-Washington and also the C train at Clinton-Washington.
