The new and contemporary homes have hardwood floors throughout and floor-to-ceiling windows. Open kitchens have plenty of storage, sleek countertops and backsplashes, and the appliance package includes a dishwasher. The building’s bright and spacious corner units have great views of the neighborhood, and select unit are equipped with private balconies. According to listings, the first month’s rent and security deposit are required at the lease signing.
