The recently opened rental building at 180 Franklin Avenue in Brooklyn's Clinton Hill neighborhood currently has studio to two-bedroom apartments available, listed from $1,920/month.

The building is from Muss Development which has partnered with the neighborhood's Pratt Institute to create unique arts-related amenity spaces including an artist workroom, an in-house gallery and a music rehearsal room.

The residences offer a modern, casual-luxury aesthetic with a creative edge. Interiors feature hardwood floors, large windows and a bit of rustic detail throughout. They have expansive and flexible floor plans and select units have private outdoor space. Kitchens have Caesarstone quartz counters and Italian tile backsplashes, bathrooms have modern vanity top sinks with antique brass fixtures, and each apartment is equipped with large closets and an in-unit washer/dryer.

The building has what it calls the most unique amenity package in Brooklyn. It has the typical new building offerings like a landscaped rooftop and fitness center, but the amenity spaces for creative professionals are relatively rare. Additional amenities include a virtual doorman, bike parking, tenant storage, a lounge, and a game room.

The building is located along the eastern edge of Clinton Hill on Franklin between Myrtle & Dekalb Avenues. It rises on an acre-sized lot and was developed by Adam America and Horizon Group. The building was designed by Issac & Stern and interiors were designed by Hadas Metzler.
