Over the summer, an affordable lottery was held for four apartments at 916 Bergen Street, a new six-story rental in Crown Heights. More recently, leasing has launched on the eight market-rate units.

All apartments have three bedrooms, one bath, and amazing natural light from oversized windows. The kitchens come outfitted with stainless steel appliances, and many units have private balconies. Pets are welcome, and building amenities include a bike room, laundry room, and furnished roof deck with downtown skyline views.

916 Bergen Street is directly across from Berg’n, a beer hall and event space from the founders of Brooklyn Flea and Smorgasburg. Local hot spots like Friends and Lovers, The Crabby Shack, and Diamond Reef are on surrounding blocks. The building is located between the Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center subway station and the Nostrand Avenue Long Island Railroad stop.
