At 55 stories and 630 feet tall, Hub has literally gone to new heights as Brooklyn’s tallest tower. However, a newly unveiled amenities package brings the building to a new level. As reported on 6sqft, “Club 333” (named in honor of the building’s address at 333 Schermerhorn Street) offers 40,000 square feet of amenities indoors and out. A 75-foot-long indoor pool opens to sun terraces. A fully equipped fitness center has an outdoor backyard that can be used for outdoor group classes. A den with a fireplace lounge, work station, game tables, and demo kitchen is perfect for both work and play.

Outside, a great lawn has an outdoor projector, shower, ping pong, dining cabanas, and grills for a host of entertainment options. A sky lounge with an outdoor terrace and sweeping views of Brooklyn and Manhattan is expected to open at the beginning of 2018. Other amenities include a dog park, children’s playroom, media room, and business center.

The extensive amenities were certainly a factor in Hub’s brisk leasing, although the spacious apartments and centralized location cannot be discounted. Remaining listings come with a month and a half of free rent on a 13.5-month lease. Net effective prices start at $2,303/month for studios and $3,267/month for one-bedrooms.

The handsome tower is located in one of the most convenient parts of Brooklyn - walkable to all of Downtown Brooklyn and Fort Greene. Inside are more than 700 apartments and 75% of all units were designed to have corner window exposures - and as the tallest building in the borough, its residents will enjoy views for days.

The building’s staggered profile was designed by Dattner Architects, and according to our architecture critic, Carter B. Horsley, its cascading massing is an aesthetic descendant of the great 30 Rockefeller Plaza. Interiors feature 9' ceilings (with 10'+ on floors 5 and 12), open layouts, wide plank oak floors and floor-to-ceiling windows. Open kitchens have custom Italian cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, Ceasarstone countertops and marble backsplashes. All apartments have in-unit washer/dryers, oak wood flooring, and custom window shades.
